Srinivasa Reddy Yarrabothula is the Founder, Director, and President of the Yarrabothula Foundation. A seasoned technology executive and private asset investor, Srinivasa brings nearly four decades of global enterprise systems experience, strategic management, and digital project oversight to the humanitarian sector.
Following a distinguished corporate career leading international technology pipelines, Srinivasa transitioned his professional expertise toward philanthropic leadership. Driven by a deep commitment to turning personal purpose into structured global impact, he formally established the Yarrabothula Foundation to create sustainable community solutions and honor a lasting legacy of service.

Vijaya Lakshmi Yarrabothula serves as the Director, Secretary, and operational anchor for the Yarrabothula Foundation in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
As a dedicated leader on the ground, she personally oversees and coordinates the execution of the foundation's local philanthropic programs. Her grassroots administration ensures that the organization's core missions directly reach and support underserved individuals in the community.

He brings extensive local operational insight, logistical expertise, and organizational dedication to the foundation's missions.Based in India, Mohan works closely with the local leadership team to manage the gap between strategic vision and grassroots execution. He provides vital oversight for regional logistics, compliance, and multi-sector community programs, ensuring every initiative operates with the highest standards of transparency and direct accountability.

From a family's grief came a commitment to serve — the story of how the Yarrabothula Foundation was born.
The Yarrabothula family began informal community efforts — food drives, education support, orphans support, water supply initiatives, and health camps — in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India and Houston, Texas, USA and other areas, laying the groundwork for what was to come.
Srinivasa's beloved wife Neeraja Reddy Yarrabothula, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2025, in Houston, Texas, surrounded by family, at the age of 56, after bravely battling Stage IV metastatic breast cancer for four and a half years. Though words can never fully capture the warmth and fierce love she gave so freely, her family and friends honor her life with deep gratitude and enduring affection. She is survived by her husband, her loving daughters. Her courage and love inspired the formal launching of the Yarrabothula Foundation in her honor.
The Yarrabothula Foundation was operating from Houston, Texas and Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. The Yarrabothula Neeraja Memorial Scholarship, Walk for Neeraja 5K, Education support, Food and Health drives launched reaching communities across the USA and India.
